| Raised and educated in Dade County, Ramon Ruiz holds a B.A. in Political Science from Florida International University and an MBA from the University of Miami. He is Bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently. Mr. Ruiz is Vice President of Prime Realty Advisors, Inc. and offers strong retail and commercial real estate expertise. He is active in the leasing, management and brokerage of both stabilized and distressed properties. His previous positions include Vice President of Twenty First Century Management Group, Inc. and President of Tersal Inc. Mr. Ruiz has been responsible for such diverse duties as the supervision of shopping center rehabilitation projects, design and implementation of management/leasing programs and the conception and execution of brokerage marketing programs. Some of Mr. Ruiz's clients include Arvida Corporation, Coscan Development Ltd. (Canada), Resolution Trust Corporation, International Bank of Miami, Citibank N.A., the Gibson-Koniver Company and Martin Z. Margulies.
