Ron Smith is a native Floridian. Mr. Smith has a B.S. degree from the University of Florida with a major in Accounting and a minor in Real Estate. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, a licensed General Contractor, a Real Estate Broker, and Mortgage Broker. Mr. Smith was one of the founders of the Florida Asset Managers Association and its first Treasurer.
Mr. Smith is a Broker - Salesman of Prime Realty Advisors. Inc. and brings with him a strong financial and real estate background. Prior to joining Prime Realty Advisors, Inc., Mr. Smith was a Broker and owner of Space Coast Commercial Realty, Inc. Mr. Smith has also served as Vice President of Commonwealth Federal Savings and Loan where he was responsible for the management and disposition of Commonwealth's R.E.O portfolio. Prior to that, Mr. Smith served on the Development Committee for Westinghouse Communities, Inc, which was responsible for the overall planning and design of all commercial and residential projects within the highly successful city of Coral Springs, Florida.
Mr. Smiths responsibilities with Prime Realty Advisors, Inc., include supervision of all Sales and Built to Suit/Own projects developed by Prime. Past responsibilities included supervision of the Mobil Oil account of which Prime was exclusive broker for Mobile Oil in Central Florida. Ron Smith's unique combination of Financial and Real Estate knowledge and experience allow him to handle a full range of services for different types of properties while achieving the outcome desired by the client.
